A golden malty 'Tripel' with a well-balanced bitterness and fruity aftertaste. Diverse flavours come together in harmony. Fresh dry to slightly sweet with subtle notes of coriander. The scent of yellow fruit and delicate bitterness determine the definition of this original tripel.

on tap at the Doerak in Delft. Hazy wit beer appearance. Not much head. Drinkable. Reminds me of La Chouffe.

Bottled. Light yellow pastel color with lace. Estery, wheaty aroma. Slightly sweet, with banana, spices, and orange. Thick, full, and smooth. A nice, wheaty strong beer.

Bottle. Pours dishwater gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of sweet malt and something bitter/herbal. Medium body. Flavor is kind of smoothly dirty. A bit sweet, but there’s enough bitter to settle that. Rather hoppy/herby flavor into the fairly dry finish. It’s a pretty good beer.

Bottle, 8%. Fruity and dusty aroma, slightly moldy, but OK. Hazy yellow colour, lot of floating bits. Big fizzy white head. The flavour starts off quite malty, there is some fruit, also a little citrus. Baking yeast finish. High carbonation.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy yellow body and a huge white head. Aroma of ginger, fruits, bread and honey. Taste is musty with some fruits and diacetyl. Creamy mouthfeel with light bubbles.

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, stable creamy layer; coriander and orange-peel in the nose with traces of grains and yeast underneath; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; lingering tart-fruity finish with traces of coriander, again. Pleasant winter-warmer..........
