Golden color, a big white head. Sourish aroma, some bubblegum. Hoppy, crisp with some grassyness. Simple trippel.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear golden, rocky head. Aroma of citrus and burnt plastic. Sweet and dense, notes of soap and a rather intrusive flavour of burning table tennis balls. Near full bodied with some juicy orange flavour. Surely the burnt plastic flavour isn’t intended. The first ever Nils Oscar release I’ve been disappointed in.

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2007. A light golden beer with a huge lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices - especially coriander and carraway seeds. The flavor is sweet malty againg with strong notes of spices, but this time primarily coriander.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 21 Sep 2007) Golden yellow colour with huge, frothy white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of apricots, coriander seed and hints of yeast. Fruity taste with apricots, green apples, plums and sweetish spicy notes of coriander. A decent tripel but a bit too sweet in my opinion.
