A very good choice for those who are not keen on a typical beer taste. Very easy to drink and very refreshing. Yuzu is a Japanese lemon. During brewering, only the peel is used to steep inside the Lambic.

Bottle @ Christian. Olympiakos - Man U. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Soapy nose. Flowers and soap. A bit of fruit. Funky and dry. Odd - yet quite drinkable.

Beer & Ball Champions League night. Olympiakos - Manchester United. hazy golden with a lasting white head. Strong and perfumed citrus aroma, leaving room for little else, except maybe a little funk. Dry and tart flavour, very dominated by citrus - somewhat artificial with all that citrus

Scopey 5K Tasting in deepest Croydonia. Cheersnto Bruce. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Lovely yuzu fruits - grapefruit, grapefruit pith, lemon sherbet and lesser tangerine and tangerine peel. Dry crisp finish. Another yuzu packed belter of a beer.

Bottle shared at the Scopey 5K tasting - big thanks to Bruce for this one. Pours hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Pepper and lemon in the nose. Light sweet flavor with mild tang, lemon candies, slight hay bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fresh, tangy lemon finish with mild herbs and restrained grassy bitterness. Very nice beer.

Bottle thanks to Bruce at my 5K tasting. It pours cloudy gold with a medium, bubbly white head. The nose is fresh, yuzu grapefruit, pomello, barnyard, floral, must and graininess . The The taste is crisp, tart, yuzu, lemon, grapefruit, pomello, sherbet, minerals, mild sweetness and barnyard with a dry, tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. A rather approachable, citrus driven affair. Quaffable.

Foam gone in an eyeblink; hazy orange-ochre, well-carbonated beer. Fruity nose, with something from the beauty shop. Citrus, melon, wood and faint Brett. Dry, quite woody, lambic more in force, even with quite some horseblanket. Clear hint of citrussy acidity - no doubt the yuzu, but as that is unknown to me, can only compare. Sprizy, fully attenuated into light body. Tad of wheatslickness. Nice variant on the lambic theme.

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a hazy medium amber with a round bubbly head. The aroma big citrus lemon yeast. The flavour is medium to strong sour with a big crisp smooth acid lemon palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. A real super tasty palate cleanser!
