Hazy golden beer, thick white head. Smells sweet and bready, just a bit of malt. Tastes malty too, a little spice, some sweet, tangy fruit. Just a really good, tasty Trappist ale.

Amber darkish pour with a white, firm head. Aromas of malt, fruit/red berries, bread. Well rounded tase with fruit, malt, dark chocolate. A long, pleasant aftertaste - very enjoyable, goes well with desserts.

Light brownish color, and white with brown touch in head. Medium head, good retention. Honey, caramel, yeasty. Bit too light, obviously after 8 or 10. Hint of alcohol. Light to medium body and carbonation. Nice finish.

Bottle, I forget from where. Dark gold, massive airy head that really sticks around and looks fantastic. Spicy herbal nose, hints of orange peel, yeast notes. Flavor has complex brown sugar, fat yeast overtones, smooth rounded malty bread notes. Mouthfeel is full and the carbonation is magically effervescent. Great one, monks.

330 ml aged bottle. Murky brown, foamy quickly disappearing head. Loads of nuts and chocolate, caramel, dried fruits, light dry lemon notes. Malty sweetness, light dryness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty sweet finish. Very nice, very balanced and drinkable!
