Methodically blow your mind. Understanding Whole Systems is an IPA of substance and curiosity, an exploration of taste through the prism of Citra hops and a complete presentation London Fog yeast. Soft and hazy, complex and full. We enjoy drinking whilst reading entries from Pressure Drop’s own catalog, printed on the label.

Keg at the The Experiment - Hackney. Pours murky orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Quite dank, a lot of piss and weed, some puréed tropical fruits, low bitterness, melon and peach. Medium bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more gooey tropical fruits, overripe melon. Saucy. Good for what it is.
