Methodically blow your mind. Understanding Whole Systems is an IPA of substance and curiosity, an exploration of taste through the prism of Citra hops and a complete presentation London Fog yeast. Soft and hazy, complex and full. We enjoy drinking whilst reading entries from Pressure Drop’s own catalog, printed on the label.

Keg at the experiment. A milky golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big green dank hop, some onion, green mango, spicy citrus, soft wheat, some petrol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rolled oats, spicy dank, butter lemon, grassy hop petrol. Palate is medium sweet chewy, rounded, hop oils, moderate carbonation. Assertive bitterness.
