Bottle from De Molen shop, at hotelroom. Hazy yellow colour with a chunky white head that doesn’t last long. Smells a bit sour, cellar, dusty, also hoppy, green twigs and some apricots. Taste as you would expect from the smell. Fizzy carbo, dry mouthfeel, thin to medium body.

Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. I picked this one up at the De Molen store. Bottle states that it’s 4.5% abv. Slight gusher with very lively carbonation. Cloudy golden orange appearance with some sediment in dispersion. Very lively, fluffy off white head. Quite spicy, rustic, barnyard, somewhat funky, tangy citrusy aroma that is very inviting. Delicate flavor. Really a nice, light tangerine/papaya citrusy flavor with some funky barnyard notes, and ample peppery spice/yeast. Really a nice floral element going on as well. Lingering funky, spicy yeasty flavor. I’d be tempted to classify this as a Saison, but I guess I didn’t have a chance to taste it fresh. Very nice stuff.

330ml bottle [4.5% abv as per label]. Hazy pale golden colour with very huge frothy moderately lacing white head. Intense floral wheaty and yeasty aroma, a spicy touch. Taste is prickling, floral, wheaty, intensely yeasty, lemonade-like malty basis, a touch of coriander. Complex crossover Ale, could as well go as Saison or Wheat Ale. Very nice!

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour, huge longlasting foamy/fluffy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, a bit catpissy with some mild sweet malts and yeast as well. Flavour is fruity and floral with quite yeasty and spicy notes as well. Quite big barnyardy notes in the flavour as well.
