Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on Nordaggio's espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Poured into a tulip pint. Pours a very deep, dark brown with a small and thin toasted brown head. Huge aromas of chocolate milk, vanilla, coffee grounds and a hint of alcohol as it warms with a slight chilli burn. Medium body with a nice rich flavor and slightly creamy mouthfeel. As it warms up, everything really stands out and becomes more pronounced. Overall sweet, but the bitterness and spice also get a chance to shine as well. Long complex finish that leaves your mouth with a little chili burn sensation. Everything I want in an Imperial stout.
