Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fermented out honey, barnyard funk, and light citrus. Flavour is bright, with intense elderflower, barnyard funk, and citrus skins. Funky, floral and cohesive. Excellent.

MBCC. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy elderflowers and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 050523

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is elderflower, some green stuff, lambic funk. Taste is green bell peppers, elderflower, a bit sticky, good funk. Medium carbonation. Fun!

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pourd a cloudy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, earth, oak, lemon zest. Slick body, earth, floral, oak, light dry finish, very nice.
