Poured from a 750 ml bottle, bottled on August 20, 2022. Aroma is very elderberry flower forward with some hints of green pepper. Light stone fruit and lemon notes with a medium light funky, herbal earthy note. Hints of grain, oak and alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, orange color with a small, thick, white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Flavor is fairly acidic and a bit sharp with light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Medium light elderberry flower notes with hints of green pepper, lemon and stone fruit. Hints of oak and a light earthy, herbal funkiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid lambic but it's one that is too acidic and the acidity really works against the floral notes of the elderberry flower.

Bottle, at different occasions. Cloudy yellow with white head. Quite funky, a bit green, slight peppery notes. Lemon, floral, elderflower. A bit stalky.

medium amber color. Massive massive elderflower nose to the point it’s over powering. Big powering elderflower, fairly tart with some good funkiness but I think the elderflower dominates too much. Still nice

Bottle @MBCC2023, Blue Session. Cloudy golden, white head. Funky berry aroma, white grapes. Sour flavour, weird bitterness.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2023. Pours a hazy golden orange colour and a small white head that quickly diappears. Aroma's: funky, sourish, a little bit elderflower, herbal. Retronasal it's sour and there's some (Italian?) herb that is kind of strong, not sure what herb it is. Flavour is full on sour, almost puckering. Light bodied. Long finish. Meh.
