Insanely intense elderflower character. Citrusy and slughet cheesy. The flowers are to die for and the label is pure love ❤️

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 19.yellow clear color, small white head. Smells grassy, earthy, spices, elder flowers, tannins, bit smoky. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, elder flowers, peppery, herbal, peppery. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of grass, elder flower and herbal notes. Quite good one, quite a bit on the herbal side.
