Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Pours unclear yellow, minor white layer of head. Smell is full, intense, very funky, spices, hay, earthy elderflower. So funky ! Taste is full, funky, spices, wood, elderflower, sharp, funky. Weird, but not bad.

0,1l taster from botle at Method Goat event at Gebrande Winning. Bourdeaux like color, small off white head. Smells cherries, toasty, almost smoky, Raspberries, light grapes, marzipan, almonds. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of cherry notes, raspberry, citric, nutty almonds. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of raspberry, cherries and some marzipan notes. Very very nice one, great complexity, so much going here
