Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a dissipating, off-white head. Nose has a little raisin and other dark, dried fruits, brown sugar. - a little oxidation, in a good way. Rich, sweet, malty body. Plummy, pruney, sugary with some warming alcohol. A sweet and pleasant dessert beer, but as a Quad not really all that complex. 020817

375ml bottle thanks to onkrlgobber, shared with notorious pissant Ashton McCobb. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Quite a good barley wine vibe from this fella, but not quorate. Cake mix, hint of sherbet. Glad I didn’t leave it longer tbh. Good nuttiness.
