This high-octane version of Fundamental Observation saw systematic additions of dextrose to power up the brew’s fermentable sugars and help boost the ABV up to a 16.2% finish. After sixteen months of aging and concentrating on Tahitian vanilla beans in bourbon barrels, this beer makes its long-awaited debut as the Final Boss Stage for 2016’s T3 Passport Holders.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Green Session, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Sweet and slight roasted malty with prominent decadent chocolate, some caramel and toffee sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, big full body, dark sweet malty finish.

MBCC 2018. Green. 'Free sauna with your ticket'. Keg. Opaque dark reddish - brown beer, small tan head. Smooth semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, tangy chocolate and chocolate cream. Spicy bourbon, fruity. Sweeter dark chocolate and more spice on the finish. Spicy linger. Good fun.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 12/05/18. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, mellow roast, toffee fudge, chocolate cake. Taste comprises chocolate, light black peppery spice, molasses, mellow roast, warming alcohol. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a boost offered. Solid impy .... big and boosty but didn't feel like 16%.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Riktigt mörk mörkbrun, näst intill svart med tunt brunt skum. Massor av kola, fudge och kolaremmar. Enorm kladdig kropp med bra tryck från alkoholvärmen. I smaken bourbon, kola, likörpralin, menthol, tjärpastill, hostmedicin. Riktigt mäktig och maffig, men skulle ev kunna tjäna på att tämjas en aning! Men riktigt gott fortfarande. Tack Samuel214

Black body, with a small, beige head.
Aroma of bourbon, wood, chocolate, vanilla, cocoa powder, some roast.
Tastes very lovely, quite similar, with more chocolate, booze.
Full, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes boozy, a bit dry, chocolatey, with cocoa powder, vanilla, bourbon.
Very tasty! Heavy and boozy, as expected, but so rich and comfortable, especially the taste. Well integrated bourbon barrel, with sweet layers and just enough roastiness. Not my favourite Bottle Logic, but still outstanding stuff.
