Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is indeed gin herbs, fresh saison, green fruits, nice funk and white wine. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very, very good!

Shortlived white hed over lemonjuice coloured beer. Lemon, mint, lemonbalm, lindenblossom. White fruit & berries, fruitsugars and fruitacids, lime, and again a whiff of mint. Lemondrops, clear spirit. Slight slickness, soft carbonation, dry aftertaste. Interesting.

Flaska från SARA, batch 5 eller 6? Osäker. Klar, ljusguldig med vit krona. Stor frisk doft, lätt parfymerad, mycket citrus, citrusskal, kumquats. Nätt och fin syra i smaken, utan att bli sur. Mjuk och fin munkänsla, snällt brettig ton, en väldigt nätt vinägerton, massor av citrus och citronskal. Kanske inte uppenbar gin-ton, annat än en gnutta. Men fantastiskt gott. Oerhört lättdrucket. 7% känns inte av. Skulle gissat på 4%.

On tap at SARA, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a really nice gin-tinged oak barrel character, with rustic saison yeast and wild bugs. Flavour is full of wild bugs, with lots of gin barrels, lots of oak, and a deep rustic character. Lots of oak on the finish, with a fairly subtle gin character. Excellent.
