Funky, sour and heavy with jammy cherry notes, some oak and stingy wood, farmyardy notes. Heavy and sour.
Nice, lots of cherries, nose of cherries and some cinnamon, taste is very nice, still sour touch, fresh cherries, very nice Arjen K. #4.3 due to the sharpness

(750ml bottle shared @ Himmeriget, Dec 16/17) Cheers Inbreak! Clear dark rose-coloured pour, with a pale pink head. Notes of tart pale cherries, cherry skin, rosé wine, faint cinnamon, smooth oak, citric tartness, lightly jammy, a touch of dried floral yeastiness, subtle tannin, drying tart cherry aftertaste, delicate and elegant overall. Acidity is on the high side and fruit is more flesh than jam. Fairly light bodied, low effervescent carbonation. I was expecting something more heavily jammy/funky and less subtle on the whole, but this was quite nice if maybe a hair more sour than I'd ideally prefer.
