In our effort to make a tripel a bit more exciting than most examples out there, we decided to spice it like a Thai dish. Lemongrass, Galangal root, coriander, orange peel and chilli pepper blend in with some exotic latehops in this tripel.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Not really getting much out of this. Maybe some tangerine and coriander on a weak Triple base. Spicy bitterness on the finish. Not offensive and easy to drink but it would not hold up to spicy food

Tap at Small Bar, Bristol March 2017. Pours hazed golden with a white head. Aroma: fresh, grassy, some lemongrass. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet, light thai spicy. Medium+ body with tight carbonation

Bottle. Pours golden, slight haze, small head. Aroma is sweet malts, slight caramel, light hops, vegetal spice. Medium body. Flavour is malty and quite sweet, light lemongrass and spice, hint of vegetal heat. Herbal hops and some grass, booze. Pleasant.
