Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aromas of green apples, ripe red apples, citrussy, tannins and oak from the barrels, some grapey notes aswell. Taste is lemony, citrussy, tannic, oaky, light lactic, vanilla, green apples. Very different and taste!

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, brett, yeast, wood, grapes, citrus. Flavor is light sour, light malt, yeasty, brett, fruity hops, funk, wood. Medium body, average carbonation, dry finish. 030416
