Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home. [ As Hop Valley Citrus Mistress ].Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, bisquit, sweet malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit, peach. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, citurs, grapefruit zest, mineral - medicine notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Deep golden with a sandy rocky head. More piey and resinous with moderate bitterness Prety good

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a light hazy copper color with a one to two finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. Slight stringy to semi-spider web lacing glazes around the glass.
The smell starts off with a nice sweet grapefruit leading into a decent bitter pulp side and then the mangos and pineapple help to open it up just a tad more. Light peach and then a slight pine also come in to balance to sweet and slightly bitter.
The taste is bitter with a good sweet trying to balance. Its there for the most part and helps to make this beer to really want to be a sessionable IPA. There’s a slight peach to grapefruit aftertaste and a slight dry to semi-wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation feels like an AIPA and yet still lets the bitterness hit my tongue appropriately as an AIPA.
Overall, AIPA or session IPA, I’ll take it. It feels, smells, and tastes great, I’d have this again.

Clear golden with a small off-white head. Mild aroma of grassy hops. Taste is grassy, citrus and tropical fruit

Bomber bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum, ID. Aroma is perfume, floral, light grapefruit. Pours hazy golden orange with a collapsing white head. Taste is medium bitter, light grapefruit, dry, kind of bland. One and done.

Bottle: Bright golden color, small off-white head. No surprises in the way it smells… citrus, grapefruit, melon. Nice. Hop flavor is also on point; citrus, subtle florals, and melon. Light malt backbone. Hits the spot.

Bottle to glass. Moderate citrus and a little herb. Deep gold and slight orange with a moderate white head that dissipates quickly to leave a collar and scattered dusting across the top. Taste is mixture of malt and citrus hop, with some resiny peel. Moderate high bitterness.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grapefruit citrus, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a zesty yeast, citrus, light nettle hop bitter palate and lingering spicy bitter finish. Moderate to light bodied with average carbonation.
