Our very popular best selling cider. Bags of fruit and a truly satisfying cider bite delivered in a genuinely quaffable and light balanced cider. Our draught version of the Devon Red is seeing off some well known brands without any real struggle. Pester your landlord for some decent devon draught!

50cl bottle, thanks to Tom. Pours a very pale amber/golden with steady bubbles and no head. The nose is apples, but not very intense. The taste is like a red eating apple and is slightly off-dry I think. The palate has a good structure for the alcohol level and it has a typically long, tangy cider finish.Overall, a good cider.

bottle from Waitrose Sidmouth. Clear golden colour. Well balanced sweetness and tartness, perhaps a bit on the sweet side - but highly drinkable.

Bottle from the Real Food Store, Exeter. Pours deep gold in colour with moderate fizz. Lightish, apple juice aroma with a touch of fartiness in the background. Very easy drinking, with plenty of juicy apple fruit, followed by a savoury, dryish finish. Very drinkable.
