Thin white head on a well carbonated golden coloured body. Sweet apples, pear clean tastes with a dry finish. Nice enough.

0.5 l bottle from 'DeBiersalon.nl', best before March 2025. Clear, golden with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, a bit sourish, quite fruity and a little funky aroma of ripe apple, wood and some walnut. Quite sweet, a bit sourish, rather fruity taste of ripe apple, wood, hints of pear and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, minimally tart, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Pleasant cider, even if a little sweet.

Golden pour, decent carbonisation. Right mixture between tartness and sweetness - enjoyed it.

500 ml clear bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of bittersweet cider apples, a hint of sulphites. Moderately sweet flavour of apples, some tannins in the finish, again a hint of sulphites.

Tap at Dukes, Sidmouth. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is fresh crushed apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, acidic, juicy, apple, light herbal palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

500ml light gold with slight fizzy head. Crisp tangy red apple aroma and taste. Moderate carbonation, a little sour, a little watery, a little dry in finish but it's not exciting. Decent session cider but nothing special.
