Thx! for sharing this rarity IluvatarMilan. 75 cl. bottle sampled during Borefts 2013. Pours black with a very creamy mocha head. Nose is roast, light wood, roast, light berries & I can pick out peach skins because I am looking for thme. Taste is big roast, ashes, burned toast, coffee grounds, earth, liquorish, too roasted, thinner than other version & too high carb. Bitter herbs & no taste of the peaches what so ever. Black Albert with peaches sounds incredible but this was pretty disappointing. Easily the weakest Black Albert variant, so far, a downer.

Bottle @ Borefts ’13. Pitch black with a dark brown head. Perfect looks. Smells slightly sour, roasty chocolate, berries, red wine, wood. Tastes slightly sour, ash, tar, some liquorice, earth, coal, wood, red wine. Full body, quite silky, low carbo.

Bottle shared by Illuvatarmilan. Thanks! Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown head. Smell malts, peaches, roastyness. Taste malts, roasted malts, alcohol, a bit peppery. Medium a bit fizzy carbonation, medium to full body, oily texture.

75cl bottle, kindly of and shared with Urbain.

Very young sample Huge tan/greige head, fast reduced to rim over black beer. Charcoal, roasted, faint acidity in the nose. Estery, but very dry-smelling. Parsley, dry wood, molasses; sweet-syrupy finish. Canesugar. Finish has old cookies and Madeira. Alcoholheat, sticky to viscous/oily. Promesses to become impressive. But not one to really indulge in and keep drinking. Thanks to the donatore!
