Bottle shared. Clear dark golden with short lasting white head. Lots of caramel, resinous hops, lime, pineapple, dried apricot, some green leaves. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied with oily feel.

$2.60 bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pours orange-amber with a thin head. Aroma is syrupy pine/citrus/resin and orange hard candy. I can tell by the aroma this isn’t going to be my type of IPA. Flavor is somewhat better than the aroma, but I can’t say I like it. Taste is thick syrup, bitter orange candy, pine, licorice, caramel.

Caña en vivalabirra 06..06..2016 (r762). Color ámbar tostado turbio con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores maltosos intensos con toques afrutados y lupulos algo herbaceos. Cuerpo medio algo denso y pastoso con amargo final algo duradero. Bastante buena, para repetir sin duda.

Pours a hazy orange amber color, topped with a medium sized off-white head. Ok retention. Some sweet fruity tones, a bit of resin and asome biscuity malt. A little bit of medicine nose later on. Taste is moderately bitter with some fruity sweetness in the back, peach and similar quality. Aftertaste is pretty bittery and lasting. A fine IPA.

Draft. A red beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, spices, hops, and exotic fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, citrus fruits, earth, hops, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Cloudy amber with thick offwhite head. Aroma has caramel, pine and slightly grassy hops. Flavour is malty at first, then comes caramel, pine and a discrete, sweet fruity note, almost like sweet green grapes. Long bitter finish.
