Our premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour.

An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus & tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.

On tap @ BierCab. This is a cloudy looking kinda deep peach golden, some mild amnerbess in this and it has a nice big frothy lacing off-white head. Nose vise I get a fair amount of sweet red berries blended with yeast residues. Yeah, quite a fair amount of yeasty notes in this glass. Not super pleasant to be honest. Caramel sweetness, red caramel and yeasty nuts. I've smelled more inviting pale ales to be honest, but I guess it works. If has a soft carbonation level and a gliding oily feeling in the mouth. It's actually both quite toffee sweetish and zesty bitter this. It's clearly not a fresh keg this, or I hope it's not cause it sure doesn't taste all that fresh. Almost a little wood tart or even thin vinegary in the finish. Slightly oxidized in a way also. It definitely gets the job done though, cause I'm enjoying it more and more. 05.08.2014

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden blonde with a thin head. It’s strong tasting but there’s a pale ale texture just about evident with some fruitiness.
