Our premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour.

An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus & tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.

On cask @ Cloisters. Appearance - golden with a slight haze and a nicely proportioned head. Nose - lemon and grapefruit, very pithy. Taste - more grapefruit and lemon. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - quite simple in its taste but a very good taste.

Cask, handpump at The Tower, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, Sunday 3rd May 2014 Pours vibrant gold, it looks superb with a small white head. Best beer of the day (probably weekend) thrusty furry bitterness, juicy with a great hoppiness, some lemon, absolutely gorgeous. Also big thumbs up to the pub, great range of beers. Cask @ The Salopian, Shrewsbury. Lots of tropical fruit & citrus in the hops, some bready malts & some bitter floral elements on the finish. Not quite as sharp & tasty as previous Burning Sky offerings I’ve had but still a lovely pint.
