Our premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour.
An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus & tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.

Light to medium sweet flavor with bready malts, hints of spicy hops, pine, dry toasted sugars. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with dry pine, orange rind, dry bready malts, restrained bitterness. OK.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, London, 21 Nov 2013) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with tropical fruit, honey, bread and grassy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of peaches, tropical fruit, citrus, grass and a generous floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made APA, with a generous hop character. Very nice.

Cask handpull at Cask Pub & Kitchen Pimlico. Clear gold lasting off white head. Piney tropical aroma. Pretty tasty in the mouth. Not sure about the tropical/pine/resin cross over it’s just all a bit much. Some bitterness on the finish but quite muted. Apas for me need to be quaffable and this if anything has too much going on. Certainly tasty. 3.6/5. Re rate cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone. Clear gold lasting white head. Glorious hoppy beer.

Craft Islington. Cask. Bright clear gold beer with a bubbly off white head. Light palate, smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth pale malt. Strong marmalade hops that bring hops spice and a good amount of bitteness. It’s mostly a orange peel bitterness. Touch of lemon and a bitter floral note. Finishes smooth with a long bitter linger. Quite a muscular cask beer!
