Copper, clear, medium off white head, good lasting. Aroma is of some caramalt and biscuit, fruits and some citrus, moderate- hoppy, bit alcohol. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt, biscuit, tropical fruit, some citrus and grassy, medium- aroma, moderate bitterness, dry finish, light alcohol. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. Could benefit from less maltiness and more hoppy aroma, alcohol could be more hidden too.

bottle - Pours light amber and smells of hops with an earthy, slightly citrus character. The flavor is of caramel malt with moderate to strong hops bitterness that has a touch of resin and maybe citrus. It’s crisp and tasty.

Bottle from Albert Heijn. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Grassy aroma with notes of citrus peel and dry bitter hops. Very dry finish. Reminds me of raw chicory. Refreshing. Medium body. Ok IPA.

Hmm, bit of a swing and a miss for Anchor. Lots of soapy hop aroma and flavor, kind of tastes like someone spilled some hand soap in the mash tun. Meh.

Piwo bursztynowe z lekkim odcieniem czerwieni. Srednia piana i szybko opada. Piwo jest lekko mętne, dosłownie odrobina. Pachnie kwiatami jakimiś trochę owocami typowymi dla Polski. Jablka i gruszki. Smak natomiast zmieszanie landrynka gumy balonowej i cytrusa pomelo i grejfruta sweety. Ogolnie smaczne ale szalu nie ma

33cl bottle. Dark brownish amber pour with a tall beige head with good retention. Metallic and generic hop aroma, together with a bit of caramel. The taste is bitter and kind of bland, without any aromatic hops that you might expect to find in an IPA. Astringent mouthfeel.

355ml bottle from Beers of Europe (America must have moved!) and poured into a stemmed tulip glass badged by Hoegaarden as a ’Grand Cru’ vessel. Terracotta body with a full and deep foaming head. Hops rule the brew in both the aroma and taste, bitter and almost tart in nature. You could feel the alcohol level too, I liked the beer: not too ’West Coast IPA’ with no over hopped ’my dad is bigger than your dad’ type hop content..

Bottle from Albert Heijn. Poured a clear, medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is woody hop, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big resin, light metallic hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
