Goed bier.

33cl bottle, bb 14/01/14. Deep golden, frothy, thick white head. Lovely fruity, orange aroma, floral, slightly yeasty as well. Full bodied, crisp mouthfeel, bone dry. Fruity, yeasty, mild spicy flavored. Awesome beer. Warming finish, otherwise alcohol nicely hidden.

Hazy orange to golden colour, large frothy white head, stays quite some time, good lacing. Fruity aroma with honey, orange, apricot, bit caramel/vanilla, dough, citrus, spices, alcohol. Taste medium sweet, honey and banana, spicy undertones, full body, oily texture. Short medium dry slightly bitter finish, a bit too alcoholic.

From a 75 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick off white head. Slight caramel malt nose. Delicate flavors of tropical fruits. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Effervescent finish.

Gutes, solides belgisches Strong Ale.

Sample at SBWF 2013. Hazy yellow with a large white head. On the sweet side with spices, malt, some dried fruit, lemon and some yeast. Smooth and nicely drinkable. Some warming alcohol in the finish.

750 ml bottle from Winnoski Beverage Warehouse. Tulip shows a dull, hazy gold color. Nose is fruity Belgian yeast, honey and light spice. Lots of sweetness with the booze covered up nicely. Big fruit finish on a medium body. After it warms its borderline cloying. I liked it better cold. Still a nice sipping strong ale.
