Goed bier.

0.33l bottle. This one qualifies to what I call a massive top, that's white in color and really lasting. Perhaps even everlasting? All this on top of a blurry golden body. Due to the massive head, it takes a while to get the aroma of the beer itself, but when the head has settled down I get a mid aroma of banana, yeast, white sugar, wheat and apple juice. Not bad. It has a classic Belgian flavor. Light sweet, sugar sweet with clear notes of alcohol. It has a average carbonation level and a oily mouthfeel. The alcohol is not disturbing, but definitely present. Light metallic in a way before its leaving a prickling kinda sweet and floral bitter aftertaste that oozes of Belgian yeast. 17.05.2013

330ml bottle from bestillingsutvalget, picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Huge, dense chalk white head slowly fading over a pale golden body with a slight haze. Spotty lacing to the glass. Sweet and spiced fruity aroma, with notes of alcohol. Candy sweet fruity taste alongside honey and mid-sweet malts. Dry lemony hops to the ending. Soft carbonated. Noticeable alcohol. Very smooth in the mouth. Well bodied and balanced. Pleasing (Tromsø, 05.07.2013).

Tap at Gollem, Antwerp. It pours clear golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is honey, metal, dough, light herbal notes. The taste is smooth, honey, hay, grain, grass, light dough, pithy citrus and spice with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Full body, fine carbonation and viscous mouth-feel. Hides alcohol well. Not a whole lot going on, but surprisingly drinkable.
