Pours fairly crystal clear bright golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big strawberry, cracker, bread, light honey, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with big authentic strawberry, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big strawberry, cracker, bread, light honey, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Minimal herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of strawberry, cracker, bread, light honey, and light herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very nice robustness and balance of authentic strawberry, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hops flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness after the finish. Incredibly clean with zero yeast presence in aromas or flavors. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.3%. Overall this is a very nice fruited blonde ale style. All around good robustness and balance of strawberry, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
