A rich amber ale in color, yet refreshing on the palate, with hints of roasted chocolate, caramel malts, and a mild hoppy finish.

Key West Trip. Ok, this brewery is great. It's in the original Pan Am building. The beer is a nice amber color. Aroma is malty with hints of nutty grains. Taste is very well balanced with a very slight bitter finish.

Dark amber color, small beige head. Raisins, barley, caramalt in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Raisins, caramalt, earthy hoppyness. Even it has some caramel, it is not so sweet, more on dry malty side. Tolerable like their all 3 beers.

(On tap) Clear, reddish brown beer with a small, off-white head. Incredibly light aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied with a good, malty feel and a note of rum. No real bitterness. 060406
