This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love. We’re full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor. This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named “Mosaic,” which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light. The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. It's perfect in every way!

On tap at The Lot in Dallas. One of the best beers during my Dallas trip. Solid tropical flavor and aroma. Clear with moderate head.

Recent discovery of a welcome Texas beer. I poured into a tulip glass. Yields a great dark yellow with an orange tint. Very dense. Good on the smell. Spruce and some spices. Taste tops the smell. Woody, a bit of lemon, orange peel, very much an IPA. A lot of depth. Stays on the palate. I appreciate Lost Gold from Real Ale but this is better.

Keg at Flying Saucer. It pours clear dark amber with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, grassy, dank, pine, light toffee and light spice. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, dank, earth, spring onion, herbal, light toffee, resin and decent alcohol hit with a dry warming finish. Medium and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty decent.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy copper, with a thick uniform off-white head that sticks around. Nose is citrus, tropical fruit, and caramel. Similar taste. The caramel malt flavor has top billing, but the beer has enough fruitiness and hop bitterness to balance everything out nicely. Good.

Keg at Craft Pride - Austin. Pours hazy, rich amber-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Moderate bready malts in the nose, some papaya, melon, tangerine, orange. Medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus, gooey tropical fruits, low bitterness. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with more bready malts, mango, papaya, grapefruit, melon, strawberry, tangerine. Good juicy DIPA.

16 oz draft at Sambuca restaurant in Dallas, Texas. The pour is hazed orange golden with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is soft pineapple tropical fruit, gentle resin dank and general earthiness. The taste is the tropical fruit, quite fresh and juicy along with the dank character and finishing with earth bitterness. The palate is medium bodied, active natural carbonation and the bitter dry finish. Nice clean fresh IPA.
