Bottle at home. One year old. Has a golden straw color with some yeast residue floating around, and a large, creamy, off-white colored head. In addition, the beer is quite carbonated. The aroma has a distinct character of the Belgian yeast and further notes of lime, grass, pale malt and some spice. A bit careful aroma, but classic and good. The taste is more sweet with hints of citrus and hay. In addition theres a lot of alcohol and makes it feel unbalanced. Mouth feel is smooth and full-bodied, and the beer has a medium bitterness. Has a nice aroma, but the taste does not feel as balanced.
