Can. Golden color. Floral, perfumed aroma with overripe fruit. Sugary sweet flavor with metal and overripe fruit. Orange sweets.

1 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Niels & Cynthia! Hazy orange, lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of ripe mandarin, mango, pineapple, dough, dark honey, ripe lemon. Taste has sweet ripe mandarin & mango, thick doughy maltiness, bitter pine & stonefruit with spicy hints in the back. Dryish, piney hoppy finish, lingering ripe (tropical) fruit & warming gin alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Typical sweet Belgian Tripel, but well hopped. Enigma is good at that.

Pours unclear, warm blonde to amber, small white head with medium high lacing. Smell is heavy, bit cheesy. Taste is full, sharp, rather bitter, malty, bit spicy Ness by the yeast. Médium body ( which is low for 10 abv). Not as cheesy in the taste. Médium high Carbo. Ends à bit... Strange. Like it's fermented a tad to warm, mild band-aid. Not troublesome, but certainly more than hoped for ( which is, for the record, absolutely none).
