From bag in a box. It refermented a bit, so was pretty pressurized. Hence the big foam I had at the start of this box. Pours unclear, warm blonde. Foam is, for now, pretty big. Stable, white. Smell is full on creamy, buttery comes to mind, but more due to the malts than actual diacetyl I recon. Slight tartness and red wine aroma rise to the surface. Taste is intensely tart, to my surprise. Again creamy maltyness ( mild wheat?) and a very refined red wine aroma I came to love in the regular bersalis oak aged. Pretty damn good.
