Chien de Ferme is a foeder aged, brettanomyces farmhouse ale. This pleasantly tart ale is fermented with over a pound per gallon of fresh Balaton cherries as a tribute to the farmers who grew them.

Clear raspberry colour, dissipating white head. Fruity cherry aroma, fruity brett aroma, white wine, funk. Light sour flavour, tart cherry, lemon rind. Fruity finish. (from 35cL bottle shared @ home)
