A classic India Pale Ale with American and New Zealand hops, named after the italian frustrating burocracy. Nose is elegant: it recalls citrus fruits and mature fruits with and starts with light sweet caramel, followed by a long, elegant, fine bitterness. Dedicated to the love for hops and to people of few words.

New Beer Distributors, NYC 11.2 ounce: Pours copper with white head. Aroma is earthy, a wee bit fruity, malt backbone very present in the aroma. Taste is bitter. Plenty of resin, light fruitiness, and dirt. Not bad, but this is not really my style of IPA.

Location: Draft at Cannibal, 6/14/14
Aroma: The nose is fruity, more overripe than hoppy, with some underlying toasted malts
Appearance: It pours a hazed orange-amber color with a decent amount of beige head
Flavor: The flavor is along the same lines, sweet malts, overripe fruit, and some hop bitterness
Palate: The body of this one is medium, and it has a pretty decent mouthfeel to it
Overall Impression: I thought this was decent, but not great. Maybe a little on the flawed side, but it is still a solid beer.

Bottle 330ml (BDLX)
Dark clear copper color, small off-white head. Very fruity hoppy aroma. Caramalt, menthol, fruits and pine. Medium-bodied. Nutty, fruity flavor. Not a hop bomb, more on malty, nutty, caramelly side with some backing bitterness. Suprisignly lots of similarities to Fullers ESB. Another good one from Brewfist (my 14th tick).
