Sahtipaja Pilot Series is aimed to involve the customers in the development of new beers and meads. Instead of brewing small batches for internal testing we have decided to brew a bit larger batches and distribute them to selected bars. Customer feedback via beer rating sites and through social media will give us a better picture of what people like and want to drink instead of we deciding this for them.
Sahtipaja Pilot Series Äppelpaj is a Session Mead brewed with a mix of apples and cinnamon. Let us know what you think!

Bottle @ RBWG Fart Share. Thanks Christer. Murky very light yellow appearance with a bit of bubbles. Aroma has a ton of vanilla and cinnamon, mild apple, and light graham cracker. A bit spritzy, low boost, a touch watery. Maybe a hint of fusels. Some pear and spices. Kind of fun but it has a touch of burn on the back end.
