Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle titled 'Gouden Triple' 7.5 ABV, brought back from Belgium. Pours golden with a large white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of apple, lemon, dough, raisins, cloves & yeast. Medium body. Dry & crisp finish with hints of apples in aftertaste

quite the complex tripel. Lots of flavours here, citrus, orange, lemon, ripe fruit, figs, and plums, and some yeast, and bread. wow. impressive for a 7.5%, nice finish, kinda dry. good beer!

Pours a slightly cloudy golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, sweet malts, yeast. A simple but pleasant aroma. Also, pretty easily drinkable for a Tripel.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, un accenno di resinoso e alcol presente.

Аромат отлитчный, в стиль, но не сильный. Немного сладости фруктовой, но в основе все таки солодовая составляющая. Много травянистости, как и надо для трипеля, намеки на мед. Цвет бледно золотой, пенка хорошая, белая и стойкая. Вкус стабильный в стиль. Солод, травянистость, фруктовость легкая. При глотке хмелевая гочринка. В целом хорошо, н оесть трипели и лечше.

330ml bottle from Leclerc, Hazebrouck. Pours a hazed dirty deep gold, white head. Not as sweet as some. Juicy ripe apricot and peach mid way through. Distant metallic notes. Malty. Indistinct Tripel elements. So so.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, perfumed, intoxicating, big pear drops character, melon, apple, fruit gums, sponge cake, rich tea biscuit and alcohol. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, plenty of estery fruits, pear drops, melon, apple, tutti fruitti, grass, grain and some raw alcohol with a drying, boozey finale. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Decent elements to it, but a bit rough around the edges.
