330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather expressionless, sweet-ish, minimally strawy and grainy, wheaty malty aroma, a touch of honey, hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity, hints of honey, apricot, some hop bitterness. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Clean, not overly complex, monotonous - not impressive.

33cl bottle. Pours amber gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is delicate spicy, like a saison, almost. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is pretty bitter for a tripel, limited underlying sweetness. Final is average.

Bottle, big bubbly head, clear quite deep gold color, strong herbal yeasty aroma with some maltiness, yeasty malty fruity almond flavor, alcohol quite noticable. Drinkable but no too exciting.

Cinnamon and pepper in the aroma. Malty, peppery flavor with apricot. Alcohol clearly present. Fairly thin with a good lacing. Not bad, but not well balanced. Corked bottle, tasted in feb 2013 as Petrus Gouden Tripel. Blonde. Shy aroma with only hints of malt and citrus. Thinnish, alcoholic, slightly perfumed flavor with malty notes and hints of citrus. Moderate brew.

Flaska@Biershuis Uppsala. Klar gyllengul vätska med fingertjockt skum. Örtig och brödig doft. Söt inledande smak som övertas av en ren neutral beska. Lätt eldig munkänsla.
