From old tasting notes. Pale yellow gold color. Rocky white head. Sharp, yeasty malt nose. Zesty, sweet, fruity malt flavor hints at apples and pears.ncomplex and flavorful.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie estry, głównie jabłka i gruszki, trochę nut chlebowych. W smaku wytrawne, nieco słodowe, estrowe, jabłka, gruszki głównie, nieco skojarzenia z szarlotką, nasączoną alkoholem. Wysycenie średnie, nawet nieco brakuje jak na Belga, mało przyprawowości, mało brzoskwiń, nieco brakuje ciała, goryczka średnia do wysokiej, zalegająca, nieco tępa. Przeciętny Tripel, nieco brakuje mu charakteru, ale da się wypić, nie ma jakichś szczególnie dużych wad.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 26C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 1355A2A0 (BBF 10/2019). AROMA: medium spicy/peppery aroma with medium-low fruity notes (slight orange). slight malty-sweet malt background with a neutral character. some solvent-like aroma present from alcohol. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. medium-large white head with good retention. belgian lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a medium spicy flavor, blended with a slight fruity character (faint oranges/lemon). soft malty background and slightly sweet. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. low alcohol warmth. OVERALL: A regular belgian tripel with the usual characteristics, but with a bit excessive alcohol.

Botella en el Lupulo Junio 2010. Lote A064 hasta 23..03..2013. Color tostado con espuma blanca. Maltas y cereales algo dulces y con ligera sensación alcohólica seca y 7.5 vol. Cuerpo ligero a medio. Normal.

D’une couleur or pâle, translucides, d’une effervescence marquée et d’une mousse épaisse de 2 cm d’épaisseur, la Petrus Gouden Tripel jouit d’une classe naturelle (la mousse retombe cependant rapidement pour atteindre 0,5 cm environ). Au nez, on retrouve des arômes de céréales sur des notes citronnées. La levure se fait également ressentir. La dégustation est ensuite simplement un pur plaisir. L’attaque, sur le blé, laisse place à une agréable amertume, fraîche et longue sur des notes de cerises et d’amandes. Mais ce n’est pas sur sa complexité que provient le plaisir ressenti, mais sur un superbe équilibre entre le malt, le houblon, l’alcool et le sucre. Chaque gorgée en appelle une suivante. 330ml bottle into tumbler. Nose is tart and fruity, similar to granny Smith apples. Champagne effervescence, two finger frothy white head. Full bodied yet crisp in the mouth. It finishes bitter but with caramel undertones and a late sour fruit note. Excellent, clean and refreshing.

Nagy, szellős, nagyon tartós hab, borostyán szín. Enyhén tripeles illatvilág erőteljes savanykás komponenssel. Édes-savanykás tripel, erőteljes szénsavval, enyhe korianderrel. Hosszú utóíze tripeles, az édes-savanyúból kevés marad. Testes, de könnyen iható. Kissé sok a szénsav, elnyomja az ízeket.
