Small glass served from tap at Schouskjelleren. Reddish-orange coloured body. Lasting layer, totally blanketing the glass. Aroma of apricot and pine. Fresh malt-fruity taste including notes of grapefruits, orange, resin with mid-sweet malts benaeth. Rounded bitter ending. Fine session qualities (happy drinking in friendly company with Hege and OleR in Oslo during a Saturday afternoon, 15.09.2012).

From cask @ CASK Pub & Kitchen, London. This is a glowing blurry burgundy-red beer with a medium sized off-white head. It has a light malty and fruity aroma. I get tones of caramel , chocolate malts and dried fruits. Quite a nice little aroma. It's soft on the old CO2, and it feels mildly oily in the mouth. The taste is also malty and caramel-fruity. Some ripe red apple-bitterness in the background blended with a drop of peach. Tasty and quite enjoyable. 22.07.2012

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Hazy amber with an off-white to beige head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, caramel, pine, tropical fruit, malt and hint of spices. Light to medium sweet with medium bitterness. Finish is bitter, a bit dry and quite citric. Medium body. Well balanced. Lots of flavour and a very good session beer. Refreshing and easy to drink with a long aftertaste with fruit, citrus and a decent bitterness.

On draft @ HaandBryggeriet Beer festival 2012. Hazy deep orange body with a small off-white head. Very nice hoppy aroma of grapefruit, pine and some oranges. Flavor is sweet, bitter and citric fruity with grapefruit and pine on a caramel malt base. Relatively light bodied, still strong in flavor and a fine bitterness. A bit more bitterness in aftertaste. Very nice and impressive at this ABV.

Medium beige head. Hazy opaque reddish amber body. Catty minty aroma with resiny citric notes. Dry-bitter resiny wooden taste with fruity citric notes. Mid-bodied. Astringent mouthfeel. Dry wooden grapefruit aftertaste with spicy resiny notes. Long finish lingers. Nice, but a bit harsh. (0.15l sample, Haand Beer 2012.)
