La pionnière ! A Rulles, on aime l’amertume et on aime boire en quantité sous le soleil de Gaume. Il fallait répondre à ce besoin. En 2004, la bière du quatrième anniversaire, que l’on décida de garder, devint l’année suivante l’Estivale. Aves ses notes d’agrumes et sa grande fraîcheur, c’est une pionnière des bières légères en alcool et de grand caractère.

I actually drank this at Delirium, but I'm here now at de Rulles buying beer so BAM. (Only bottle sales, no taproom.) Delicious!

Has the super dry super phenolic sharpness. Very well made for that. But just person preference a little rounder and sweeter. Still great beer. Delerium brussels

Aroma: floral, spiced malts, soft cardamom. Taste: yeast, spiced malts, coriander and floral hops. Spicy yeasty mouthfeel. Next one please!

Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. A fruity and yeast aroma some spices sense. Quite bitter with a fresh fruit and yeast end.
