La pionnière ! A Rulles, on aime l’amertume et on aime boire en quantité sous le soleil de Gaume. Il fallait répondre à ce besoin. En 2004, la bière du quatrième anniversaire, que l’on décida de garder, devint l’année suivante l’Estivale. Aves ses notes d’agrumes et sa grande fraîcheur, c’est une pionnière des bières légères en alcool et de grand caractère.

Fine intensity in the aroma.
Moderate sweet and a mild fine acidity.
Tad rich carbonation level

Draught, half pint. @Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels (Belgium). 03/09/2022 [#5.333 Global - #173 Belgium - #2 Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles] Pours golden with a white head. Aroma: floral, spiced malts, soft cardamom. Taste: yeast, spiced malts, coriander and floral hops. Spicy yeasty mouthfeel. Next one please!

Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. A fruity and yeast aroma some spices sense. Quite bitter with a fresh fruit and yeast end.

750ml bottle, at a share. Pours hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma: soft phenolic, fruity, apple, light floral, hoppy. Taste: light to moderate sweet, floral, hoppy, Belgian yeast, medium bitter finish. Light body with frothy carbonation

Unclear golden with white head. Hay, apple peels, crispy bitter grains. Light sweet, quite some chicory bitters. Medium body and soft carb. This is a perfect brew basically. I love this. Simple but spot on.
