Tap. Pours clear golden orange, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is light, grainy, sea air, sea weed. Flavor is light tart, salty, grainy, a hint vegetal. Light body. Decent.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is brine/citrus, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is brine, some oyster shells, and hints of seaweed.

Beautiful golden-orange color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is salty water, seaweed, oysters, yes, it smells like the sea/beach. Taste is light salt, more seaweed, some golden maltiness. Quite a sharp, but still fine-bubbled carbonation. Good complexity and daring. Kinda rustic. An innovative and rich brew, especially for this ABV, and it keeps drinkability! More of a saltwater and harbor aroma than salty yoghurt. Impressive.

Bottle: Clear, dark gold-amber with a small head. Smells like the beach, basically.....honey/lemon.... Taste definitely holds a seaweed/oyster tone.....salty.... Very different...rich....feels heavier than 4.5%....pretty good.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey during the Freigeist Bierkultur Tap Takeover. Hazy golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of honey, light salt, herbs. Tastes of mango, stone fruit, light salt and tart notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft at Churchkey. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma of haystacks. Taste is earthy straw and citrus. Tasty.

Bottle. Seaweed, salt, lemon malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Oyster, salty wheat malt, and straw flavor. Medium body with low carbonation. A bit fishy but that’s the point apparently.

Tap@ Brewdog Helsinki. Unclear amber, with a thin white head. Citrusy, tart aroma. Flavor has tartness, citrus juice, floral notes.
