Smooth and slightly sourish beginning. Strange smooth, hints of a taste that is hard to catch. Sourish-smooth. Salty with interesting hints. No bitterness on a smooth body. Interesting. Probably hints of a fishy taste? But very subtle.

Tap at Festival der Bierkulturen. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Unspecific, sour-ish fruity aroma. Taste is tart, fruity, tangy, unfamiliar spiciness with a touch of aniseed (seaweed?). Not that appealing.

Bottle sample @ Leuven Beer Innovation 2015, shared with the RB Belgian crew. Léger orangée, col blanc. Arôme au rétro légèrement houblonné noble, malt pils, impression de sour mash avec un petit rétro fumé. Palais garde un profil bcp trop centré sur une base graisn douce avec un rétro de minéral et une touche de salin. Pointe citronnée houblonné et ce fini restant centré sur un léger minéral.

Due to artificial coloured illumination, appearance not estimable, arbitrary 4/5 Lightly smoked nose, green herbs, mineral. Light sweet-sourish taste, again garden herbs. Light body, watery, slowly fading fade flavours. Not really interesting.

Clear grapefruit like pinkish orange beer, creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, very yeasty, funky touch, sweet, bit malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, caramel, sugary, slightly sour, slightly bitter. Aftertaste: sourish, lots of yeast, funky touch. Meh...
