Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is white wine, spicy yeasts, grassy, earthy, dough. Taste is spicy yeasts, dough. High carbonation, peppery finish. Quite nice, I like the grassiness!

Fles van Biernavigatie, THT 12-08-17, 33 cl sample. Vrijwel helder goud van kleur met een kleine grove schuimkraag. Aroma is vrij peperig van de gist, licht bloemig van de hop. Witte wijn zou ik eruit kunnen halen, maar is niet mijn eerste associatie. Droog en peperig in de smaak, een beetje karton zelfs. Ook lichtzurig fruit, maar dat past er wel mooi bij. Al met al iets te zwaar in de gist gezet, dat had allemaal wat meer in balans kunnen zijn. Combinatie met de hoppen is prima en het bier is ook niet te hard en droog qua bitterheid. Mist subtiliteit en balans alleen.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of franski, shared with him, Marko and kajser27. Golden coloured, creamy snow-white head, lively carbonation, whiff of oranges in the nose. Pretty dry, yeasty, spicy hoppy, notes of oranges and discreet touch of some rotten fruits with slightly watery finish. Not bad but too light.

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal, des-16: klar lys gylden med flott hvitt skum som varer. Fruktig aroma og smak med citrus, litt stall, lyse frukter, blomsterhonning. Frisk og good med lekker bitterhet i ettersmaken. Antydning til tørr hvitvin?

Thanks Franski! Shared with him, ogivlado and kajser. Misty golden body, small white head going away fast. Lively soft berryish, slightly funky taste, light tart, some orange. Dry, liiiight taste, vague hay. very light taste. Hoped for more, way more after the aroma, but it just didn’t deliver. Mind you, all the flavors are nice, but still...no.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma of white grape, oak, malt and yeast. Taste has soft vanilla, oak, dry grassy yeast, white grape, mild tart and grainy malt. Quite nice.
