Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy amber color with large frothy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma is grainy, citric, yeasty and mild malty with grape skin note. Taste starts grainy and citric, following is grassy, herbal, yeasty and mild fruity, mouthfeel is light spicy, while finish is pleasantly bitter. Medium body, slick texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. It makes no harm to make a mess with Tess...

0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka. Shared with ViΕ‘nja, thanks! Murky golden, lasting off-white head. Yeasty, fruity - orange and pear maybe. Light sourness, fruity sweetness. Refreshing, medium round body, medium carbonation, tasty fruity finish. Very good one, lovely for a style

Tap at BAF. Almost clear golden with if white head. Spicy saison yeast, lemon, flowers, sweet dough, white wine, sweet grains. Medium sweet and light bitter. Almost medium bodied.

Sampled from tap at Kaapse BAF 2016. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, white grapes, mild spices, yeast. Under medium sweet and mild bitter. Medium body, low carbonation. Soft frothy mouthfeel. Bitter sweet vegetal bitter finish.

Keg at The After Borefts Beer Festival, Kaapse Brouwers, Rotterdam, Sunday 25th September 2016. Pours light gold with a with a white filmy head, soft in the mouth, refreshing easy drinking Saison the wine is subtle but just about noticeable. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Tap at the Borefts after party 2016 @ Kaapse. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is acid citrus. The flavour is big fruit acid citrus mineral with a light crisp refreshing fruity mineral aspirin palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, fresh @ De Molen. Deep golden color, mostly clear. Big white head, good lacing. Aromaβs: caramel malts, some fruity sourness. Additionally light sweet and vinous retronasal. Flavor is light caramel sweet, moderate bitter. Light bodied. Finishes increasingly bitter.

[ As Kaapse Brouwers Tess ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy - yeasty, fruity, peach, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, tart, citrus, peach, yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150927]
