An exotic IPA brewed with 100% pale malt to yield a deep golden color and smooth mouthfeel. The dry-hop primarily features Mosaic hops, infusing tropical fruit flavors like mango and pineapple, along with crystal hops to add a touch of fresh pine.

Backlog. Pours copper and smells of tropical fruit and earthy hops. The flavor is moderately bitter with tropical fruit and hop resin backed by caramel malt.

Can, slight hazy brighter orange in color. Decent hoppy perfume nose. Big strong rude ubiquitous IPA flavors. Big ass blasting bitter palate, its the overriding character. Yes ubiquitous terribly on style IPA without the BO aroma thank you. So bitter, so on style, so rude, so nasty. Go figger.

Tap at Marciero. Bright, clear golden color. Nice tropical fruit nose, Mosaic coming through nicely, herbal. Lovely fruit flavors, a bit shockingly fruity, very tropical and a bit sweet. Dig it.

Tap at CBB Garden. I had this las Friday when I popped in to CBB Garden, during happy hour (Til 7pm I believe) you get a free tapa. Revolution Mosaic Hero 7.5% 65 IBU A clear copper with a thick head and a bright tropical aroma. Medium bodied with a semi-dry finish. The beer kicks off sweet and fruity (mosaic, duh) then goes more herbal and classically bitter in the finish. Very crisp and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/15/2017. Pours slightly hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus rind, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Extremely dank and vibrant hops; nice bready malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. Never overly aggressive. A really amazing showcase of the Mosaic hop character, even with the addition of Zythos to the mix. Intensely tropical. A really enjoyable offering.
