Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a very hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak yeasty citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy citrus flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus bitter finish.

Hazy yellowish gold beer, big white head. Mild orange - lemon sherbet nose. Palate is light and slightly crisp. Light floral start and then a little orange sherbet. Mild orange peel and hop spice. The floralness turns bitter on the back end. Light airy finish. Nice flavour combo here. Mild bitter linger.

Bottle courtesy of Hugh. Thanks man! Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that doesnโt leave much trace while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, dry soil, lime juice, cereal, mango, pineapple, passionfruit, white pepper corns, lemon zest and star fruit. Taste is bitter and tiny fruity with crackers, moist grass, grapefruit rinds, dry soil, pepper corns, lime juice, unripe tropical fruits and orange peal. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and tiny fruity with crackers, grapefruit rinds, grass, dry soil, pepper corns and unripe tropical fruits. Exceptionally refreshing!

Tap @ Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Unclear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 110414

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras drunk on the train to Ashford. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. Soap hop lemon herb aroma. But mainly it smells of a modern new world hop saison. Itโs tasty as hell and full of the mist Sherberty of hops. Not sure saison should taste like this but the hops are outstanding. I mean really hoppy. Lovely. Saison yeast and sherbert hop. Wow fantastic.

BBE DEC 2014 - Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hops, earthy notes, spices, hints of yeast and tart fruits. Taste is smooth, floral and herbal with some spices, yeast, sweet fruits and hints of tartness. Finish is grassy, bitter and sweetish fruity with some juicy notes, hints of floral and herbal hoppiness and spices. Quite nice, smooth and complex saison with an interesting hop profile. Excellent considering the low ABV.
